CarePlus New Jersey is a northern New Jersey provider of recovery-focused mental health, substance abuse, and family services that address the unique needs of individuals with a holistic approach to recovery and overall wellness.

Operating out of 23 sites – including three outpatient centers located in Paramus, Fair Lawn, and Montclair, ten residential facilities, offices at three local hospitals, and seven community offices – our services are convenient to clients located throughout Northern New Jersey. *LCSW, LPC or LMFT with incentives - earn between $48 to $63 per hour.

*LSW, LAC, LCADC or MFT with incentives - earn between $48 to $53 per hour.


Position: In Home Clinician “Per-Diem”

  • Excellent supervision, including on-call and PAID weekly group supervision.
  • Opportunity to obtain clinical hours towards LCSW and LPC licensure!

As a member of the Partnership for Children (PFC) Program, the “In-Home Clinician” is responsible for:

  • Providing short-term in-home counseling services to children and families who are presenting with behavioral and relational challenges
  • Documenting in designated electronic health record in a timely manner
  • Communicating and collaborating with system partners, child family team members, etc. to benefit youth and families



  • Bilingual (Spanish, Korean or Polish speaking preferred), ABA, or sign language a plus
  • One (1) year of work experience with children and adolescent populations a must!
  • A valid driver's license and must be insurable under Agency's automobile insurance policy
