CarePlus New Jersey is a northern New Jersey provider of recovery-focused mental health, substance abuse, and family services that address the unique needs of individuals with a holistic approach to recovery and overall wellness.

Operating out of 23 sites – including three outpatient centers located in Paramus, Fair Lawn, and Montclair, ten residential facilities, offices at three local hospitals, and seven community offices – our services are convenient to clients located throughout Northern New Jersey.  Responsibilities:

Manages a vocational caseload to assist consumers/disabled individuals with severe mental illness within all aspects of career development and with identifying, locating, and keeping employment.  Provide necessary supports and counseling to consumer regarding vocational barriers and benefits/work incentives.  Coordinate consumer services with internal and external agencies and government funding sources.  Transporting consumers to interviews as needed.

Qualifications:

• BA degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field
• Business or marketing experience or recruitment job placement experience helpful.
• Consumer driven with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Use of own vehicle.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and must be insurable under Agency's automobile insurance policy.
