CarePlus New Jersey is a northern New Jersey provider of recovery-focused mental health, substance abuse, and family services that address the unique needs of individuals with a holistic approach to recovery and overall wellness.

Operating out of 23 sites – including three outpatient centers located in Paramus, Fair Lawn, and Montclair, ten residential facilities, offices at three local hospitals, and seven community offices – our services are convenient to clients located throughout Northern New Jersey. We also provide educational programs on mental health-related topics to area schools and community groups.

Responsibilities:

Please be advised this is an In-Home Clinician Position

As a member of the Partnership for Children (PFC) Program, the Clinician is responsible for :

  • providing short-term in-home counseling services to children and families who are presenting with behavioral and relational challenges
  • Provisionally licensed-providing an average of 1.5 hours per session of clinical and case management services to support change and improve functioning, with a minimum of 5 cases
  • Clinically licensed- providing an average of 2-2.5 hours per week of clinical services through short-term treatment per family to stabilize and support change, with a minimum of 3 cases
  • must be willing to work in Bergen County

 Opportunity to create a flexible schedule with consistent appointments and a steady income.  Excellent supervision available!  Opportunity to obtain clinical hours towards licensure.

Qualifications:

LCSW/LPC/LMFT $58.00/hour

LSW/LAC/LCADC/MFT $48.00/hour

  • Documented knowledge of at least 1 year of work experience with children and adolescent populations
  • Must have a professional license to practice social work/counseling
  • Bilingual, CADC, ABA, Sign language a plus
  • Possess a valid driver's license and must be insurable under Agency's automobile insurance policy
